Job Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to handle Recruitment for their backend process.
2. Handle client communication.
3. Understand Company financials.
4. Understand the recruitment cycle and its processes.
5. Get the tasks completed timely with no delays and pedencies.
6. Handling the Agreements part of the Clients.
7. Keep a close look on the overall working of the Company SOPs
