Experience – 1+ Year

Qualification – Graduation

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada.
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
• Efficiently manage client relationships & queries through phone, email and in-person.
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of computers and related processes.
• Thorough knowledge of Immigration / Visa Processing for Canada.
• At least one year of experience in the same field.
• Empathetic to client needs & ability to effectively resolve issues.
