Key Competencies:

Proven experience in Procurement.

• At least 4-5 years of proven working experience in Distribution/logistics/Warehousing.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• Good commercial and business understanding.

Key Relationships:
• Internally – various functions like Supply & Distribution Planning team, Factory & Warehouse
Operation Team, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Accounts & Finance teams.
• Externally –Transporters Vendors, Courier Service Vendors, CHAs, Forwarders, etc.
Education:
• Post-Graduation. MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
