JD:-
· Meet clients to understand their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements.
· Research on upcoming wedding trends, designs/Décor Solutions & New Vendors.
· Scheduling appointments with clients, hotels for tie-ups.
· Prepare elements list as per event requirements.
· Connect with vendors, fabricators, printers and all other vendors associated with the weddings.
· Execute events as per timelines and plan set by the production manager.
· Make Powerpoint presentations for weddings to present to clients.
· Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers and designers as per event requirements.
· Co-ordination with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events.
· Optimization of resources through cost Reduction Measures. The sole responsibility for the wedding business.
· Candidates with related experience in wedding planning & décor /Designs, knowledge of MS Office will be preferred
