Job Description:
• Responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, including building sales through telephone calls, in-person sales meetings, and networking.
• Marketing the entire organization and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the organization.
• Tap potential new business opportunities with potential clients; Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from the existing client base.
• Cultivate client’s accounts and travel within the local area to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the organization.
• Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential clients and develop possible business opportunities.
• Developing field sales action plans. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
• Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the organization and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
• Prepare and implement the organization’s marketing budget and plan.
• Manage events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
• Should be able to assist marketing strategy, brand development. Ability to establish the brand’s presence.
