To develop the business by generating new leads.
Job Description:
Generate new leads daily and follow up on existing leads by organizing sales visits and
cold calling.
Understand the need of the customer and demonstrate and present the company
products favorably and in a structured professional way.
Negotiate price and term of agreement and close the sale.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Respond to the incoming queries.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking
state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Achieve monthly or annual targets.
Record sales and order information and update team leader and data base in timely
manner.
Advise on forthcoming product developments and update future buying trends back to
seniors.
Prepare reports related to market and job profile and participate in surveys conducted
by company.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
