Designation : Manager Delivery
Salary band: 40- 50 k per month CTC
Experience: Min. 5 years in the Staffing / Recruitment industry,
shall have a minimum of 3 years experience as Team Leader in a contract NON-IT Staffing company

Must have been in Bangalore for at least last 5 years and shall be aware of the local market
Education: Graduate

Skills:
Good communication skills must be able to articulate and communicate with clients over email and call

KRA:

To manage a temp recruiters team of 8-10 member and Permanent Recruitment team of 1-2 people at Banglore, cather to all customers in Karnataka region
