Experience:- 1-4 years
Salary:- 15-20k PM
Location:- Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Hisar, Fatehabad, Sirsa and Jind

Skills:- 1. Coaching and Issue resolution
▪Shadowing and coaching SE on ground
▪Daily discussion on issues SE are facing and resolution solutions
2. Lead generation / BTL activities
▪Plan and execute customer engagement activities
▪Plan and execute influencer engagement activities
▪Lead allocation to SE
3. Review
▪Conduct SE reviews on daily basis-Discuss visits made, issues faced, orders booked
▪Conduct in-depth SE review of SE
▪Prepare for and attend weekly, fortnightly & monthly review with SM, SH/CSM, etc.
4. Training
▪Conduct training for SE
▪Conduct training for dealers
5. Consumer visit
▪Visit all consumers identified for BM intervention by SE
6. Dealer visit
▪Visit dealers with low performance in Pravesh, and resolve issues and encourage
dealers to improve performance
Qualification:- Graduate/ MBA in marketing
