Opening for Sales Manager for Andhra Pardesh

Designation:- Sales Manager
Experience:- Between 15-18 years with at least 2 years in a State role. Preferably in Building Material industry and having worked in Dealer Networks and with Influencers.
Salary:- 16-18 Lakhs PA
Location:- Andhra Pardesh
Gender Preference:- Male
Age:- 38-42 years
Qualification:-Educational Qualifications:
 Must be a Graduate with at least 50% marks.
 An MBA may be preferred.
Job responsibilities:- Role : The incharge of Sales and BTL activities in a State. The effective management of the Sales Team so as to increase both depth and width in distribution, generate product demand, build Brand salience so as to progressively build market share. This is a leadership role demanding constant mentoring, coaching and upgradation of team competencies.
