Designation – Senior AI Developer

Location –  Permanent WFH
Qualification – Graduate (Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning))
Experience – 5+Years 
Salary – 25 – 35 LPA

Main Responsibilities
• Improve accuracy of existing computer vision models.
• Implement innovative solutions to data collection and processing, including:
o Automating image file extraction,
o Testing AWS Panorama capabilities
o Automating labelling processes.
• Mentoring and coaching of the team’s technical development, e.g. in languages or
architecture knowledge.
• Strong lead for technical QA step during the Kanban / Scrum workflow, with a focus on
code quality and security.

Accountabilities
• Understanding the technologies to lead the team deliver increments of deployable
products each sprint.
• Developing new AI models and maintaining existing ones for processing/extracting
camera footage.
• Building reusable components for future use.
• Produce readable, maintainable code that has good test coverage, is code reviewed
and checked in to the repository regularly

Candidate Requirements:
Essential
• University graduates in a related field such as Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Productive Sagemaker experience for a minimum of 5 years (ie, Sagemaker as a
component of a functioning, deployed Product, and not research/individual project
experience).
• Python.
• Familiarity with Git and CI.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements.
• Creative and collaborative approach to solving problems, excited by challenging and
innovative work.
Desirable
• Experience in microservices
• Familiar with AWS technology and tools (e.g. S3, AppSync, etc)
• Experience with Terraform
