Experience – 2-5 years
Salary Range: 30,000 – 55,000/PM
Gender – Any
Location – Delhi
Timings – Night shift
Must Have requirements:1. Have worked for Saas/Technology based Industry.2. Have worked for US Based Customers.3. Must have worked on heavy cold calling, prospecting.4. Excellent verbal communication skills.5. Open to work in Night Shift.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting via Linkedin Sales Navigator, Email Outreach, and Cold Calling.
• Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach out to prospects everyday.
• Launch cold email campaigns.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Own prospecting, lead generation & sales qualification to ensure the team meets annual revenue
targets
• Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and
geographies.
• Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements
and qualify them
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Proficient on Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel, and relevant productivity tools.
• Coordinate with US counterparts.
Preferred Qualifications and Qualities:
• Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, SaaS / business intelligence
/consulting organization is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to understand client requirements.
• Ability to think on your feet – you ‘re someone who can figure out creative ways to keep the sales
funnel always ripe with new prospects.
• Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and
email.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
