JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager – Sales Nutraceutical & Food Ingredients
1) DESIGNATION: Manager – Sales Nutraceutical & Food Ingredients
2) LOCATIONS:
~ North Zone: New Delhi
~ West Zone: Mumbai/Pune
~ South Zone: Bengaluru/Chennai
~ East Zone: Kolkata
3) JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 5+ year proven experience of selling Food Ingredients/Food
Fortification Premixes to Oil, Milk, Flour, Rice, Bread-Bakery, Salt manufacturers. Must have existing
relationships with manufacturers of Oil, Milk, Flour, Rice, Bread-Bakery, Salt. Must be able to travel
15-20 days/month. Must have product management experience (i.e. market awareness on trends;
market feedback of new products in domestic & international markets; introduce new innovative
products; study international brands not found in Indian market; understands costing and pricing to
introduce new Fortification Premixes; coordination with R&D for new product development;
designing marketing collaterals, packaging and literature; should be updated with FSSAI standards;
effectively positioning and launching new products as also repositioning existing products. Should be
able to acquire new customers, activate them by sales and keep them active by regular
communication and visits. Should be also to create and manage sales team, distribution/dealer
network, conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities and do field work. Should be
able to formulate and implement promotional activities, sales schemes/trade offers, besides
designing marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing besides prospect vendors etc.
4) PREFERENCE: having experience of sales of Food Ingredients/Food Fortification Premixes to
manufacturers of Oil, Milk, Flour, Rice, Bread-Bakery, Salt. Expose sales. Travel 15-20 days/month.
Make and manage Business Plans. Savvy using Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English.
5) REMUNERATION: CTC as per industry. Will consider higher for deserving candidates.
6) EDUCATION: Science Graduate with MBA.
7) AGE: Not exceeding 45 years.
