Job Description:-
Ability to use technology effectively + Ability to use apps / tools to provide design / catalogue consultation
 Honesty and transparency in communication; shows warmth in interactions
 Leading the team and developing sales operation plans in alignment with Head.
 Train, mentor and counsel the team.
 Ensure the team is effectively motivated.
 Ensure everyone within the team has whatever is required to do the job.
 Interaction with Cross Functional teams, where necessary to ensure smooth operations.
 Responsible for day-to-day management, setting objectives, mentor and developing employees,
performance appraisal, determination of reward outcomes.
 Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
 Develop and execute plans to meet established sales goals and objectives.
