QUALIFICATION – Post Graduate in Polymer

EXPERIENCE – 8-10 years in relevant field

KNOWLEDGE – In formulation in rubber compound

DESIRABLE – Setting up of Project for Rubber plant

Compensation – 6-7 Lakhs per annum.

Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge of formulation. (Rubber) for sole in normal & Nit rile Rubber

Formulation as per the required Norms

Implementation of Processes as the required Norms

Able to solve problems during process.

Communication with external supplier or Customer regarding Formulation/Bond/other norms.

Liaising with the external agencies regarding the Demand of the required norms.

Understands the need for systems and procedures

Ensures compliance with given systems/ procedures.

Puts in extra effort to deliver output.

Takes initiative to take up responsibility and complete given task.

Can work effectively under sustained pressure.

Is able to resolve difficult situations.

Capable of building team for production

Knowledge in Plant, Machinery & Equipment for Rubber manufacturing.

Able to motivate the team.
