Min 1 year exp in sales
Salary Slab -2.5 to 3.0 Lakh/Annum
Profit share – 1-2 percent of profit on quarterly basis
Locations: Maharashtra, Delhi, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, North East, Kerala
Requirement and Skill of BDE –
1- Graduation in any stream, MBA is Preferred.
2- Minimum 1 Year Sales experiences
3- Good Communication skill, Fluency in English& Local language.
4- Should have own laptop, able to write a professional email, well knowledge of Computer like MS, WORD, EXCEL.
5- Ready to relocate in Capital of State.
6- Ready for tour,20-25 days in a month.
7- Age below 30
Responsibility
1- To meet & Liaoning with officers.
2- Coordinate with the Food safety department, state and District.
3- Follow-up with officers for work orders.
4- Meeting with Clients along with Field executives for Sales closing, big deal.
5- Take reporting from the field executive and forward to the Marketing head.
6- Review and approve the team leader & field executive expense as per Field expense policy of the company.
7- 15-20 days’ field tour with team leader and field executive in a month.
8- Fulfill monthly Sales Targets.
9- To provide the input for creating the sales strategy to the Marketing head.
10- Take weekly and Monthly sales review meetings in their territory.
11- Make a plan to expand the business in new territory.
12- Attend the monthly or weekly meeting as per Instruction of Marketing head.
13- Daily reporting to the Marketing head.
14- To make and provide the weekly/Monthly working plan to Marketing head and same to take from team leader.
15- Coordinate with operation team for fixing the Training and Audit date.
16- Make a team as per requirement.
