Job Purpose:
Handling day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning of recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
▪ Create a database of consultants for recruitment and also handle existing consultants.
▪ Design and update job descriptions.
▪ Screen candidates.
▪ Act as a single point of contact to new hires and help them onboard.
▪ Provide shortlisted and qualified candidates to managers.
▪ Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
▪ Preparing offers letters.
▪ Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal and professional networks.
▪ Maintain recruitment data and present it whenever required.
Requisite Skills:
▪ Female candidate should have minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
▪ Should have a database of consultants preferably who have worked with Chemical Industry.
▪ Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or related role.
▪ Ability to think and understand the needs of the organization.
▪ Ability to analyze and understand the organizational medium and long-term business plans.
▪ Experience with sourcing techniques.
▪ Confident, Assertive and having excellent communication skill (written and verbal).
▪ Computer literacy, should be well versed with MS applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
