Opening of sales executive for hyderabad for real estate

Job responsibilitites – * Following up with leads (given to them from company’s end) Customer handling, Conversion of those leads to prospects.
* Arranging for site visits of Clients. Good knowledge about Real Estate market is a must to convince Customers and solve their queries.
* Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
* Meeting with customers, negotiating the sale price and closing the deal
*Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets

Salary – 15000 to 25000 per month depending on the interview

Experience – 2 yrs
