b) Customer handling,
c) Customer Engagement
d) Generatting referrals from existing customers
e) Soft services

 Professional Experience:
o Candidate should possess minimum of 2 years work experience
in real estate client relation management role
o Good communication skills (written and Oral)
 Responsibilities:
o Should be adept at client Relationship Management

o Responsible for handling all customers inquiries and coordinate
with Sales team for site visits
o Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole
project
o Follow up with customers to further closure process
o Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to
management
