We have 3 openings for client servicing in Chandigarh. This Opening is for event Management industry. The candidate should have 6 months to 2 years experience and must possess MBA/ marketing diploma. Female candidates are preferred. The candidate should have pleasing personality, capable to work in coordination with BD people to build presentations and step in quickly once leads are seen as warm & continue the same under direction from Senior Management. The candidate should have written & spoken proficiency in English & Hindi. The candidate must have a valid passport and be willing to travel within the country and abroad, on very short notice and on frequent occasions. High degree of co-creation and involvement in marketing and promotion planning and collateral. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting & understanding the needs of the client like getting brief, brainstorming with the team, preparing presentations & follow up with the clients. The candidate has to service the business & promotional needs of existing clients and to manage the team and work in coordination with other team creative, production & B.D. The candidate will be responsible for all tasks of event execution like ticketing, transportation & co-ordination with hotels & others. The candidate should be responsible for building relationships & servicing new clients brought in by the BD team, backend & front co-ordination for the events and coordinating with the event in charge from client side either by mail on call. The salary offered is 15k to 22k per month. The job timings are 10:00 hrs to 6:30 hrs (But Late nights are usual due to work.) Note: In case of person staying late, cab/auto will be provided by the company and will be accompanied by any person from company.
