Read More »We have opening for Assistant Hr Manager in Mohali. The candidate should have 8 to 15 years experience. This opening is for automotive product manufacturing. The required qualification is MBA HR . The candidate has to supervise the completion of the payroll reports well in time and Monitor scheduled absences in the department and ensure cover up to provide continuity of service. The candidate should be capable to understand and recommend solution to resolve high and chronic absenteeism cases, review and verify payroll reports and ensure timely disbursement of salary and wages to direct and indirect employees and workmen. Capable to provide basic counseling to staff and workers with low performance track record, administer and maintain employee personnel files to ensure accurate C & B Payouts, drive and ensure that Job Descriptions of all the employees of the unit are in place and recommend salary and wages fitments to the employees/workers getting offer from the company. Design, align & execute and spread awareness through training to all stake holders to secure 100% compliance of all the relevent labour laws on the site: such as Factories Act, ESI act, EPF & Misc Provision Act, Payment of wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Apprentices Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Workmen Compensation Act, ID Act, Trade Unions Act etc. and coordinate and handle legal cases on behalf of SFN and to handle conciliation meeting with LO. The candidate must have to drive end to end management of contract labour requirement & Procurement on the site in close collabotaion with all the stake holders/ users functions on the site on day to basis and adopt & apply proactive approach in terms of compliance management through educating all the contractors regarding compliance requirement and also play active role at the time of engaging contrcators/service providers on the site. The candidate has to design effective IR strategy for the site, considering essential business requirements (EBR) in mind and manage canteen and Cafeteria/ pantry of the office. The candidate should be responsible to ensure that uniforms and other PPEs like safety shoes where ever decided are available to all the users at all time. The candidate has to maintain a record of senctioned manpower for the site at each level and Ensure adherence to the site recruitment policy: Job recruitment/ replacement authorization, Interview evaluation forms, screening, Conducting interview, communication to candidate w.r.t selection or rejection. Only Male candidates are preferred. The salary offered is 49,000 per month.
