Establish strategies for achieving top-line & bottom-line targets of the region
 Assist top Management in developing of Marketing plans and strategies.
 Formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals.
 Manage team of Sales Executives to achieve their targets.
 Good contacts with Hospitals, Doctors & Paramedical professionals.
 Good knowledge of territory.
 Interact with Key Customers and Distribution channel.
 Train and motivate the Sales executive team to achieve the regional sales target and collection
and promotional activities
