Location : Gurgaon (Then if possibility can be shifted to pune if the candidate belongs to pune)<\/p>\n

Qualification : BE\/ BTech (Mechanical)<\/p>\n

Experience : 17 to 22 yrs.<\/p>\n

Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)<\/p>\n

Preferred Age : 40 to 48 years<\/p>\n

Compensation: Up to \u2013 45 Lac CTC<\/p>\n

Skills and Competencies :<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Customer Focus and interaction, Define and implement a strategic sales<\/p>\n

approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2, Strong track record in sales,<\/p>\n

design win execution, revenue target achievement, and team player. Strong business, technical and<\/p>\n

communication skills. Develop and execute the organization\u2019s business and Sales plan. Mapping business<\/p>\n

requirements and coordinating in developing & implementing the processes in line with the pre-set<\/p>\n

guidelines, planning & building strategies for achieving Sales value & Profitability Target<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Areas of Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Define and implement a strategic sales approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    tier 1 and tier 2<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2<\/li>\n
    2. Vast and Extensive knowledge related to Automotive \u2013 Sealing Business.<\/li>\n
    3. Revenue Target achievement<\/li>\n
    4. Handling Sales related to all the leading Auto OEMS.<\/li>\n
    5. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues<\/li>\n
    6. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis<\/li>\n
    7. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team<\/li>\n
    8. Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.<\/li>\n
    9. Lead\/support renewal negotiations with key accounts, OEMs, end users and our channel partners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      1. Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        for the current business year.<\/p>\n

        1. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          high performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater<\/p>\n

          operational efficiency<\/p>\n

          1. Monitoring and achieving targets with respect to key business indicators like Sales Volume, Sales<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Price Level, and BOI.<\/p>\n
