Salary will be 5 to 8 lakhs PA. We are looking for a candidate expected to work on as well as manage contract management projects such as metadata extraction\/abstraction from the contracts, contracts drafting, review, and evaluation, creation and management of clause libraries, creation and management of contract templates, contract negotiations, provide redlined recommendations on all standard and nonstandard contracts, negotiate directly with customer attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. Candidate should have good command on both verbal &#038; written communication and responsible for ensuring quality of work &#038; team management.
