Job Description:
\nThe selected candidate will act as primary interface between the customer and TMRCI resource base for technical support on our products to achieve our goal of converting all our design wins to revenue.
\nBuild customer relationship.
\nFollow sales processes and promptly resolves technical queries for All India clients.
\nSpecific responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Provides First level tech support at system level to RnD teams across all India clients .
\nDevelop deep customer relationships and drive exemplary customer satisfaction.
\nAchieve quarterly sales target.
\nCoordinate with multi geographical teams for technical support to customer\u2019s design team.
\nDrive business across all clients with a focus on maximising share and growing net sales.
\nTravel across India to support key clients.
\nThe candidate must work\/communicate well with the customers along with domestic and globally
\nThis person must be comfortable handling customer\u2019s expectations for tech support as it relates to responsiveness and build credibility at all levels within their organization.
\nUnderstanding key targets and being relentless in the pursuit is a necessity as we are continuously competing.
\n Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in EE\/Comp\/ECE Engineering or related
\nThe ideal candidate must have experience that covers embedded system designs, microcontrollers, firmware, coding, semiconductors and RF systems.
\nThe candidate should have exposure to schematic and layout design.
\nThe candidate must possess:<\/p>\n
