Role: Management Trainees, Associate Project managers and Project Managers based on<\/p>\n
qualifications and aptitude of the candidate<\/p>\n
Learn and adhere policies and procedure<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Should learn various tools and software\u2019s used by company<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Be part of client servicing team and Become a main point of contact for clients for the<\/p>\n
duration of their online market research projects<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Build effective, professional working relationships with clients, leading to repeat business<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Receive and review all materials related to a research project<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Responsible for sampling using assets and proprietary sampling tools<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre-emptive or preventative action<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while<\/p>\n
Requirement:-<\/p>\n
1. Working knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook & Excel)<\/p>\n
2. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)<\/p>\n
3. Good at problem solving<\/p>\n
4. Quick learner and should be a little tech savvy<\/p>\n
5. Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)<\/p>\n
6. Should be able to work on the weekends as and when needed<\/p>\n
7. High energy with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and unstructured environment<\/p>\n
