Experience : 12 to 13 years with Automotive Tier 1 Company \/ Manufacturing Industry<\/p>\n

Salary: CTC \u2013 13 to 14 Lac Maximum (Manager) <\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
iTechnical:Green Field projects, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Machine Uptime and reduction in Downtime.<\/p>\n
iiGeneric: Good interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Areas of expertise required: Planned Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Plant and Machine Uptime and installation of New Machine.<\/p>\n
Exposure to Moulding and Rubber Moulding Machines. Knowledge of Utilities and exposure of STP & ETP.<\/p>\n
Compensation:Will be matching the Industry and location.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.<\/p>\n
2. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n
3. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.<\/p>\n
4. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment.<\/p>\n
5. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.<\/p>\n
6. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.<\/p>\n
7. The control of reactive and preventative maintenance services in a timely and cost efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Note: Candidate would be place for 1 year in Mohali(Chandigarh) and then shifted to Chennai plant <\/p>\n
