\nExperience : 8 to 12 years with Automotive Tier 1 Company \/ Manufacturing Industry

\nPreferred Age : up to 36 years<\/p>\n
Candidate would be place for 1 year in Mohali (Punjab)and then shifted to Chennai plant.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
i Technical: Green filed projects, Knowledge of Molding, Mixing, Coating and Sheet Metal
\nprocess operations. Knowledge about \u2013 TS16949, ISO14001, ISO9001, OHSAS, Control Charts and
\nproblem solving. Knowledge of Quality Tools, Six Sigma, Quality Assurance.
\nii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
\nAreas of expertise required: Data Analysis and problem solving. Quality Tools, Six Sigma, Quality
\nAssurance.
\nCompensation: Will be matching the Industry and location.
\nSalary: CTC \u2013 12 to 13 Lac Maximum (Manager)<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Quality Management System
\n2. Analysis of Customer Compliant and Monitoring corrective and preventive action
\n3. Identifying scope for planning \/ implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency.<\/p>\n
4. Carrying out modifications in equipment\u2019s, process flow, working practices, consumables,
\netc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
\n5. Knowledge about Supplier quality assurance.
\n6. Knowledge of Quality Tools, Six Sigma,Quality Assurance.<\/p>\n
