Job Description: Looking for a Motivated, Self-driven, articulate, well groomed individual with exceptional communication skills required for an exciting opportunity in Laalsa Business Logistics Pvt Ltd as a Sales Lead \/ Manager. The candidate must be well informed about the latest marketing and sales trends. The individual should be able to gather market information\/statistics from different sources through personal or professional contacts. He \/ She should be able to manage a team at the same time contribute at an individual level as well. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for leading entire sales and operations department for Hyd.branch. 2. Will be responsible for the availability of proper sales training initiatives as well as monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts. 3. Will be responsible for aligning planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives in addition to developing departmental goals and objectives for further sales effectiveness. 4. Should be able to play a mentorship role to key sales & operations personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills 5. Should be able to implement consumer segmentation, targeting, and positioning initiatives that assist senior sales management\/executives in deciding resource allocation based on the internal requirements and the external market. <\/p>\n
