e) Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
i Technical: Customer service, Knowledge of Warehouse and logistic operations, Stock maintaining and stacking as per client norms, Customers Return Materials maintaining and processing the RMA. Sales Co-ordination \u2013 Materials Receipt and Customer Invoice details, payment received information, in-transit reports, MIS and Others data maintaining.<\/p>\n
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
( Major Knowledge of Sales customer service executive, Supply Chain function and Little bit of accounts (Deductions and payment receipt )<\/p>\n
Role and Responsibilities-<\/p>\n
1. Sales Co-ordination \u2013 Materials Receipt and Customer Invoice details, payment received information, in-transit reports, MIS and Others data maintaining.<\/p>\n
2. Warehouse and logistic operations.<\/p>\n
3. Maintaining In and Out-ward of the Stocks.<\/p>\n
4. Invoicing, STN raising and BOM stacking by Customer-wise.<\/p>\n
5. Distributing the Auto & Industrial Chains to all over Karnataka.<\/p>\n
6. Customers Cheques maintaining, presenting to the Bank and raising the Money Receipts.<\/p>\n
7. Maintaining FIFO<\/p>\n
8. Stock maintaining and stacking as per client norms. <\/p>\n
9. Customers Return Materials maintaining and processing the RMA.<\/p>\n
