Accounting package , manually party ledger, filling , represent before the debtors for payment follow up etc.<\/p>\n
MAIN DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
The responsibilities of the role will include<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Full function Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Understanding of and ability to process journal entries<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Filing, checking, printing, assisting with day to day transactions and mail outs<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Banking Operations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Spreadsheets & reconciliations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Dealing with internal and external queries<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n
