MAIN DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Full function Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Understanding of and ability to process journal entries<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Filing, checking, printing, assisting with day to day transactions and mail outs<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Banking Operations<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Spreadsheets & reconciliations<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Dealing with internal and external queries<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 All rounder with attention to detail, highly motivated, reliable, honest, and have the ability to multi task. Can work autonomously and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Book keeping and accounting experience in different areas of accounting administration.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Experience in accounting software (Tally9 experience would be an advantage)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Good communication skills<\/p>\n
