MAIN DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
The responsibilities of the role will include<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Also command over written communication skills in English.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Follow communication \u201cscripts\u201d when handling different topics<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Identify customers\u2019 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and\/or alternatives<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Meet personal\/team qualitative and quantitative targets<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Evaluate and handle customer feedback with urgency and escalate as per company processes<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Work closely with accounting, verification and other administration teams<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Handle and allocate inbound email requests from customers as per company processes<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Negotiating, problem solving and dealing with complex enquiries<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Working with technology across multiple platforms<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Working in a fast paced environment where resilience and an ability to stay focused is a must<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and strong attention to details<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)<\/p>\n
