MAIN DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
The responsibilities of the role will include<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Processing, verification and maintenance of company documents<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensuing all documents are 100% accurate, complete and consistent.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Verification of client documents with government authorities to check authenticity and validity<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Cataloging and storage of documents for future retrievals<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Upkeep of database of verification program for client information<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Investigate and report on management system failures<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Dealing with internal and external queries<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 All rounder with attention to detail, highly motivated, reliable, honest, and have the ability to multi task. Can work autonomously and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Verification and record maintenance experience in financial industry<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good communication skills<\/p>\n
\u00b7 At least 2 years experience in verification and record maintenance<\/p>\n
