{"id":8140,"date":"2018-01-10T06:52:36","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T06:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tasolutions.in\/hr\/?p=8140"},"modified":"2018-01-10T06:52:36","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T06:52:36","slug":"support-engineer-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tasolutions.in\/hr\/support-engineer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Support Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Designation:- Support Engineer<\/div>\n<div>Experience:5-7<\/div>\n<div>Salary: :- Hike on Current CTC<\/div>\n<div>Location :- Mohali<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Industry ;- IT company<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>Requirements<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup<\/li>\n<li>Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem<\/li>\n<li>Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they\u2019ve solved a technical issue<\/li>\n<li>Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers<\/li>\n<li>Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all issues are properly logged<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are properly resolved and they are satisfied<\/li>\n<li>Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Participation in providing training to customers as required<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility in terms of working hours (2 hours +\/- usual working hours in case there is work load or customer queries are pending)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"color: #454545;
