Qualification     <\/b>:  BE Mechanical \/ BTech with experience in Handling Auto OEM as a Customer.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/p>\n

Experience         <\/b>:    16 to 18 years with Automotive Tier 1 Company \/ Manufacturing Industry<\/u><\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/p>\n

Company<\/b>            :   Manufacturing (Preferably Auto)<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/p>\n

Preferred Age   <\/b>:   38-45 years<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/b> Will be matching the Industry and location.<\/u><\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u> <\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>1.       <\/b><\/u>Appointing and monitoring channel sales<\/span> and marketing activities of distributors; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales<\/span> and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>2.       <\/b><\/u>Responsible for channel sales<\/span>, Dealer Management \/ Distributor Management.<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>3.       <\/b><\/u>Exploring the market potential in new area& appointing new distributors\/sub dealer network<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>4.       <\/b><\/u>Strengthening existing distribution network<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>5.       <\/b><\/u>Assessing performance of the dealers on various criterions such as quality\/ technology improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc.<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>6.       <\/b><\/u>Promote and drive the concept of asset reliability and total cost of ownership across key accounts in the assigned territory<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>7.       <\/b><\/u>Interact with the complete value chain (external & internal) to spread awareness on condition based monitoring, asset restoration and competency development<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>8.       <\/b><\/u>Motivate Channel Partners to increase their focus on services like spindle refurbishment and annual condition monitoring contracts at their end users by continuous hand holding and support<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>9.       <\/b><\/u>Plan, participate, monitor, follow-up marketing & other promotional activities as per sales<\/span> strategy for the allocated customers \/ area & end customers \/ users<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>10.   <\/b><\/u>Prepare business plan, sales<\/span> forecast, sales<\/span> & marketing activity plan, timely execution & effective implementation of the same<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>11.   <\/b><\/u>Creating strategies to access unexplored markets while tracking market dynamics, draw inputs to realign strategies to counter competition<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>12.   <\/b><\/u>Initiating Sales<\/span> through Channel Sales<\/span> Management & Project Management for Automotive and Industrial OEMs<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>13.   <\/b><\/u>Identify systems tools needed to implement planning\/forecasting systems. Lead reengineering efforts as it relates to supply chain planning and execution systems.<\/b><\/p>\n
