Job Description

\nResponsible for assisting BM with End-to-End Branch Management
\n\u00b7
\nAchieve the shared budgeted revenue and profitability targets with the BM of the branch location.
\n\u00b7
\nActively assisting in Increase of sales in all areas of income as budgeted for the branch in the area
\n\u00b7
\nDevelopment of branch network in the given area in coordination with the BM
\n\u00b7
\n Maintain relationship with the existing clients, collate feedback and share with BM and Sales Manager (HO)
\n\u00b7
\nEnsure timely collections of revenue; reduce number of existing debtors in the given area.
\n\u00b7
\nMaintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.
\n\u00b7
\n Assisting BM in ensuring timely (daily\/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO).
\n\u00b7
\nCompliance to company and statutory policy.
\n\u00b7
\nEnsure adherence to the compliance related matters.
\n\u00b7
\nManaging other staff at the branch in terms of performance and discipline in absence of the BM
\n\u00b7
\nAssist BM developing and implementing Business Development plans
\n\u00b7
\nAchieving Targets self and Branch Targets
\n\u00b7
\nVisits to Institutions\/Clients\/
\n\u00b7
\nDriving and achieving Sales
\n\u00b7
\nEnsure timely Collections
\n\u00b7
\nEnsure timely Claims
\n\u00b7
\nSupervise Purchase in coordination with BM
\n\u00b7
\nSupervise Inventory management
\n\u00b7
\nRetention of staff
\n\u00b7
\nAttendance of the Branch

\nOver all Branch Administration in absence of the BM
