\u00d8 Job Description and Responsibility<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Minimum Experience Required: 1-4 Years.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Linux and Windows hosts and their services, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving problems, along with collaborating with DevOps engineers to improve the platform.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Configure, deploy, manage and monitor Linux and Windows based Server.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Working knowledge of Linux operating systems (Redhat, Ubuntu, Centos)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Configure, implement and support the network, LAN\/WAN
\nInfrastructure.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of Routing \/switching and NAT, Firewall controller.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Troubleshooting Remote Access, VPN (SSL and IPSec), cabling and routing
\n\u00b7 User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues.
\n\u00b7 Implementing and supporting technology solutions following industry best practices and all relevant standards and practices.
\n\u00b7 Good knowledge of IP addressing and IP sub netting.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good Knowledge on Cisco Routers configurations.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from other groups regarding errors, problems, or questions about software, hardware, systems and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve issues, interfacing with other teams as required.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop and maintain production servers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintaining a highly available server infrastructure for deploying instances, applying operating system updates, managing configuration changes, and system tuning<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Mandatory Skills: Networking Admin Technical Support, Networking Admin, Infra Administration and Maintenance.<\/p>\n
\u00d8 Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Understanding of enterprise applications (LDAP, DNS, SMTP, Office365, Exchange)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Understanding of data center infrastructure (Hyper-V, VMware, TCP\/IP, LAN\/WAN administration, SSL, multi-factor authentication and certificate management)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should have knowledge about diagnostic and monitoring tools ( SYSLOG, ELK)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should have knowledge about Cisco Router.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should have Experience in configuring and managing Mesos, Foreman, Ovirt, PfSense<\/p>\n
