I. Technical: <\/p>\n
1. Managing sales ( Front End )<\/p>\n
2. Directly Managing customers.<\/p>\n
3. Experience in handling multiple customers.<\/p>\n
4. Sales to leading Auto OEMS<\/p>\n
II. Generic: Commercial \u2013 Good communication skills.<\/p>\n
f) Areas of expertise required: Sales to Leading auto OEMS and Managing multiple customers.<\/p>\n
Sales background in Automotive Industry with experience in dealing and servicing major (local & foreign) – Tier 1\u2019s and OEM\u2019s in India.<\/p>\n
The key responsibilities would include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Key Accounts<\/p>\n
\u00b7 New business development with assigned customers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Seeking out new customers for business expansion.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Close coordination with customers with all the departments like R&D, Purchase, Quality and other concerned departments.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitoring competitors activities and suggest actions to counteract.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of application based Technical specifications of customers.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strategic planning and building up short and long term business plans.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Project planning and execution.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Building close relationship with decision makers in all accounts to support sales.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitoring and controlling of receivables.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Collection of C Forms<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensuring On Time Delivery is maintained with customers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Handling Quality related issues with customers until closure.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Arranging Technical Presentations\/ seminars at customer end.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must be familiar with Quality systems like ISO \/TS 16949, 14001 and OHSAS.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 FMEA APQP\/ PPAP documentation and procedures knowledge.<\/p>\n
