\u2022 Helping to develop and implement strategic and tactical sales \/promotion plans for assigned territory consistent with the company\u2019s sales and profit goals
\n\u2022 \u2022 Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
\n\u2022 \u2022 Develop long term relationships with the customers, through managing and interpreting
\n\u2022 \u2022 Ensure that a product or service best satisfies the needs of customer in terms of quality, price and delivery
\n\u2022 \u2022 Ensure that we, as a sales team, provide exceptional customer service
\n\u2022 \u2022 Arrange and carry out product training
\n\u2022 \u2022 Liaise with other team members and other technical experts
\n\u2022 \u2022 Ensure the team acts in accordance with the company policies, procedures and term of sales
\n\u2022 \u2022 Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
\n\u2022 \u2022 Analyze costs and sales
\n\u2022 \u2022 Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
\n\u2022 \u2022 Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
\n\u2022 \u2022 Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, new trends, opportunities and marketing data
\n\u2022 \u2022 Provides technical service when appropriate to solve customer problems and assure customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 \u2022 Establishing professional customer\/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management and other key personnel)
\n\u2022 \u2022 Use short term and long term sales strategies to attain required sales growth and goals as required by management
\n\u2022 \u2022 Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
\n\u2022 \u2022 Work on after-sales technical assistance and provide technical back up as required
\n\u2022 \u2022 Provide annual territory business plan<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u2022 Should possess very good communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 \u2022 Willingness to travel to customer meetings as required<\/p>\n
