Qualification:Any Graduate \u2013 Passionate about sales, 5+ years experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Past Experience area :Experience in Sales and Marketing , Customer service, Handling Big clients, Project managers, Architects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting toVP\/MD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Visit client place for better understanding the client requirement & check site conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf To understand client requirements, take measurements at site, prepare quotations & attend negotiation meetings to close the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf To find & create new collaborations with Architects, Project Managers, & other possible sources for business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf To maintain a tracker for each client and be in constant touch with client to update on the status of work happening at backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf To interact with in-house design team, production team, installation team for the status of work done and provide updates to client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets, Striving to maximize profit margin, Provide accurate timing & competitive prices to the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Should be able to represent the company in all marketing & Promotional events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, and independently with minimal supervision, on multiple projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits & to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

collect payments within due dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they<\/p>\n\n\n\n

are communicated and implemented within the team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Achieve sales figures and work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Adaptability for extensive travelling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Adaptability on reporting and assisting Seniors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
