Salary – Upto 45k, relevant experience with Ad agency experience, a fair understanding of Social Media and Client servicing and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Job role : Client Servicing Manager \/ Account Manager – Social Media Marketing (M\/F)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Experience : Min 3+ years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Job Location: Hyderabad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Industry Experience : Branding<\/strong> and Advertising Agency experience<\/strong> mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Good understanding of Facebook , Instagram, Campaign management is desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Be a part of the client meeting, take briefs and communicate with various teams, be a part of the strategy pitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Meet clients every now and then to ensure the monthly plan of action and deliverables are met<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Clearly communicate the progress of monthly\/quarterly initiatives to client<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Forecast and track key account metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social Media responsibilities. <\/strong>Work with clients and the team, to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients\u2019 industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Handle & optimise all the social channels of respective clients,(ex. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, YouTube).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired Skills :<\/strong>Good Communication skills, Proactive, Independent Contributor, <\/strong>Should be able to work in a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
