Background
\n– IIT or equivalent technical graduate in Computer Science or Information Science
\n– 4 or 5 year of experience working with Data Analytics startups or similar experience
\n– Young, dynamic and passionate individual with good communication and leadership skills
\n– Ready to fold sleeves and work with team in highly productive environment
\n– Key Technical Skills – Machine Learning, NLP, Graph Algorithms, NOSQL Databases
\n– Conceptual understanding of Big Data, Full Stack Web Development, Mobile Development <\/p>\n
Compensation
\n– Base of 10L having Benefits (Medical, HRA, PF etc.)
\n– Variable of 20-30% paid at end of year based on his\\her performance or startups milestones. <\/p>\n
Other
\n– Willing to relocate to Chandigarh
\n– Willing to put long hours if required
\n– Understand startup environment and can manage ambiguity<\/p>\n
