Primary responsibilities
\nInfrastructure
\nEnsure network connectivity throughout the company’s LAN\/WAN infrastructure and Internet
\nconnectivity is on par with technical considerations and make recommendations for future
\nupgrades.
\nProactively monitor network to ensure security and high availability.
\nPersonal computers and devices
\nMaintain network facilities on individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal
\ncomputers as well as printers.
\nTroubleshoot problems reported by users related to areas like LAN \/ WI-FI issues, Internet
\nconnectivity, operating system, laptop performance, printers and other IT assets.
\nAdminister laptops, printers, routers, switches.
\nPrepare systems for new employees.
\nSecurity
\nPerforming routine audits of systems and software.
\nMaintain network integrity and security.
\nGeneral
\nMaintain inventory of hardware, software.
\nEvaluate and modify system’s performance.
\nParticipate in preparations for growth.
\nCoordinate with our outsourcing partners for server, network and desktop hardware, software
\nand Internet.
\nCoordinating timely repair and renewal of IT equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance, warranty and insurance agreements.
\nTogether with local management and Nordic IT team, help refine existing and define new IT
\npolicies and processes.<\/p>\n
