Preference \u2013 Corporate Interior BD Experience or similar wherein a candidate has Liaised with similar Kind of Clintel .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Qualification \u2013 Should be a graduate  with excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Target Industry \u2013 Corporate clientele , Architects , Project management Consultants , IPC\u2019s
Job purpose:
The Corporate Sales Manager, will focus on securing new business from corporate clients and
ensuring that business development and sales targets are achieved in their assigned area.
Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the company &
growth plans. Identify new leads and key contacts within corporate accounts. Act as subject matter
expert for Interior and refurbishment services and processes to deliver a consultative sales approach
to potential clients. Participate in RFP process, and deliver sales presentations to executive level
individuals from Admin, Projects or Procurement departments. Meet and exceed targets for revenue
and new business. Attend industry events. Review monthly sales and revenue with Director to
ensure established targets are met Update Salesforce with client information as required.
Requirements :
– With Experience of Fortune 500 &amp; MNC Corporate Sales. Proven success in new business
development, in the relocation\/global mobility sector or a related industry, with track record of
exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills. Able to take a consultative approach to
sales. Passionate, self-motivated and results-focussed. Local Geographical Knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills- 2-3 Years- With Experience of Fortune 500 &amp; MNC Corporate Sales.
Proven success in new business development, in the relocation\/global mobility sector or a
related industry, with track record of exceeding sales targets.
