Qualification \u2013 Candidate should be min BE\/Diploma in Electrical Engineer\/B-Tech<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description \/ Responsibilities \u2013 Required \u201cCivil Engineer\u201d who is having more than 5 years+ Experience in EHV Substations & Power Transmission Line Projects will only be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Desired profile of the candidate \u2013  Responsible for design & detailing of Civil & Structural works for the SUBSTATION projects (11kV to 765kV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Candidate should have 3 to 10 years relevant experience in structural design of substation foundation & building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prepare cost effective design basis with respect to project specification & related codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prepare master document list for civil activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements \/DBR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Analysis of design issues and recommends corrective actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Do field survey & investigate to prepare engineering drawings Review of Design Drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Study of Construction Drawings and preparation for works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Preparation of Site Working Documentation Bar Bending Schedules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Preparation of Site Modifications (required for site conditions) and obtaining clearances for the same from design department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Planning and Coordination of Drawing availability for the required sequences with the Work Sequences<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Review and finalize list of Material Submittals and coordinating and obtaining Approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Preparation of Method Statements, Submission and Obtaining Approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Preparation of Site Work Check Lists (QA Formats)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Evaluating the Quantity of materials utilized and confirming with Drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Prepare and Review of Design Documentation, Drawings and ensure that it is line with required sequence of civil site works and the over project time schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Review and approval of Shop Drawings and other site engineering documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Identify limitations \/ hold ups for progress of Site Works and co-ordinate to resolve the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Evaluate and Control Sub Contractors Work Progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Control of Materials and Stores<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Interdisciplinary Coordination (Electrical, Services, Fire Fighting, Air Conditions, Low Voltage \/ illumination Systems etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Supervision of Site Works<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Stage and Final Inspections of Site Works<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Attend discussions with Owner\/ Engineer regarding related site work progress, drawings, sequence of works, Quality Aspects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Preparation & Submission of Daily \/ Weekly \/ Monthly reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintaining Site QA \/QC records and Submissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Preparation of Red Mark Drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience \u2013 5-10 Years<\/p>\n\n\n\n
