Requirements:<\/p>\n
1. A Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
2. Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream from any recognized university.<\/p>\n
3. At least one year of sales or vehicle sales experience<\/p>\n
4. Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guide automobile<\/p>\n
5. Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and inquirers<\/p>\n
6. Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality<\/p>\n
7. Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards<\/p>\n
8. Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models
\n\u00a7 Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
\n\u00a7 Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
\n\u00a7 Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and deliver automobile
\n\u00a7 Update own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications
\n\u00a7 Explore new opportunities in order to add value to job accomplishments
\n\u00a7 Figure out customer\u2019s needs by listening and asking questions
\n\u00a7 Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
\n\u00a7 Effectively close sales
\n\u00a7 Ensure that customers understand the vehicle\u2019s operating features, paperwork and warranty
\n\u00a7 Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals
\n\u00a7 Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities
\n\u00a7 Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
\n\u00a7 Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.
