\nGraduate from Pharma\/Medical Distribution Company, Knowledge about Retail & Distribution is must.<\/p>\n
Job Profile<\/p>\n
Responsible for End-to-End Branch Management
\nAchieve the budgeted revenue and profitability targets of the branch location.
\nIncrease sales in all areas of income as budgeted for the branch in the area.
\nDevelopment of branch network in the given area.
\nMaintain relationship with the existing clients.
\nEnsure timely collections of revenue, reduce number of existing debtors in the given area.
\nMaintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.
\nEnsure timely (daily\/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO) and concerned authorities
\nCompliance to company and statutory policy.
\nEnsure adherence to the compliance related matters.
\nManaging other staff at the branch in terms of performance and discipline.
\nDriving and Achieving Targets related sales, collections, claims – Self and staff
\nSchedule Visits to Institutions\/Clients\/
\nCollections process and adherance
\nClaims process and adherance
\nPurchase process and adherance
\nEnd to End Inventory management
\nOver all Branch Administration
\nPunctuality, Attendance. Leave and Retention management of enitre branch
