Designation \u2013 Quality Manager
Location \u2013 Mumbai
Salary range 25000-35000\/-
3-4 years of experience
 
 Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Responsibilities:
 Inspection of products \/processes
 Inspection of products at vendors end.
 Monitor process parameters.
 Take necessary steps to improve product designs & provide suggestions for up-gradation of product quality.
 Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use.
 Reduction of FFR and in process rejections
 Implementation of new quality initiative of the organization at vendors manufacturing premises
 Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing stages for reduction of rejections and improvements of overall manufacturing process
 Manufacturing process standardization and validation and leverage at all major vendors.
 Testing of product & components
 Testing of all products & components as per Indian Standard and plan requirement
 Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems to reduce customer complaints.
 Timely feedback to design & development for design correction & improvements
 Prepare QAPs for new\/old products
 MIS
 Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
 Testing of all products & components as per Indian Standard and plan requirement
 Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses
 Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
 Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses.
 Monitoring of Vendors performance
 Evaluation of vendor performance score in quality area
 Lead vendors team for improvement in product\/ process quality
 Participate in internal assessments and audits as required at vendor end.
 Analysis of service and Defective inspection reports
 Analysis of service under guarantee consumption reports
 Analysis of inspection report of defective return at vendors
 Corrective and preventive actions on hi-points in reports
 
Quality Manager Requirements:
  Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  Should have conducted and passed BRC certification, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System)
  Quality control certification advantageous.
  Excellent attention to detail.
  Excellent verbal and written communication.
  Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
  Good interpersonal skills.
  Highly conscientious and diligent.
