\uf0d8 Handling EPBX \u2013 incoming & outgoing calls<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Attending to Visitors & Co-ordination<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Purchase of Office & Site Stationery & House-keeping as per budget approvals<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Inward & outward courier management<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Travel management Domestic & International, VISA, Accommodation, itinerary etc<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Management of Air \/Rail \/Bus tickets bookings<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Track of E-mails & follow ups (to reply in consultation with concerned HOD)<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 To maintain record of contact numbers & alternate mail ID\u2019s of All Employees<\/p>\n
\uf0d8 Any other assignments by the managements<\/p>\n
