Position :– Senior Electronics Service Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location – New Delhi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender – Male<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary – Hike on CTC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description :–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)      Inspecting, testing, repairing and updating electronic systems components and software i.e Car Multimedia players,    android Players and other electronic car accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)      Coordinating with service centers and other professionals as well as customers to ensure that service task are completed as per company standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)      Ensuring are equipment\u2019s and products are maintain as per standards and meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)      Establishing relationship with staff, vendors, suppliers and other professionals in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5)      Manage a team of call Centre executives responsible for smooth escalation of complaints as per TAT metrics of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6)      Showing initiative and keeping up track of advancements in electronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Qualification and Experience :–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BE\/B.Tech in Electronics from reputed institute with 3-4 years\u2019 experience in relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
